Step by step
From your first inquiry to delivery at your company, we handle the entire process. Here's how it works.

You are requesting a proposal
You tell us about the occasion, the number of recipients, and your budget. That's all we need to get started. If you don't have an exact number yet, we'll work with an estimate.

We'll prepare a custom proposal
Based on your occasion, recipients, and budget, we will propose a gift package with Leonidas chocolates. We will review the contents together and adjust the proposal until it's just right. The proposal is non-binding.

You choose or you personalize
If you wish to personalize the gift, we will include a greeting card with a personal message and the recipient's name. Your company logo can also be placed on the card. This is an option, not a mandatory part. You decide whether to choose it.

We put the packages together
Once everything has been agreed upon, we will assemble and prepare the packages for you. You don't have to sort or pack anything yourself.

Delivery to your company
We deliver everything in one go to your company, ready for distribution. For special situations, such as delivery to multiple addresses, we will discuss the possibilities with you in advance.
